John Walton is qualified by examination as an accredited Energy Assessor and by examination as a Registered Member of the Association for Project Safety (APS). Success in both examinations requires the ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of each highly specialised field. John Walton IMaPS can help as a CDM advisor and in the role of “Principal Designer”. John is a Registered Member of the Association for Project Safety and has recently passed the APS examination designed to show competence in the 2015 CDM Regulations.
John also had proven competence prior to this as - what was previously called - a CDM Coordinator as laid out in the old Approved Code of Practice for Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
